On a recent trip to Lithuania, project advisor Sam Gruber gave a lecture about the Lost Mural Project at Vilnius University, and during his week-long visit, he opened discussions with several museums, institutions and NGOs about partnering with the Mural Project in research, project promotion, and the preparation of educational and exhibition material about Lithuanian-Jewish art, history, religion, and the Holocaust. As the Mural Project begins its research and planning for educational and exhibition components this type of collaboration is essential to increase content, avoid duplication of effort, save money, and increase audience. We’ll be providing updates on partnerships as we go forward. The Mural Project is presently looking for lead-donors for the education and exhibition work.
